Sometimes meats taste too dry, are not seasoned properly, etc! Marinating is the KEY to some of the best foods you will have ever tasted! I made London broil a few weeks ago and I wanted to try marinating it for hours and see how it turned out! This is a “how to for dummies” kind of post, especially if you’re not a great cook or want to learn something simple! If you’re standing in your kitchen, scratching your head, wondering how to make taste and flavor combine, well you’ve come to the right place!
Step 1: Take a pot, pan, dish, or whatever you have and put some oil on the bottom. Not canola oil, olive oil.
Step 2: Place your pieces of meat in the pot or dish and drizzle a tiny bit of oil on the top.
Step 3: Take black pepper, salt, and garlic and put on top of the meat. Do not put crazy amounts on the meat, just enough to cover them!
Step 4: Take a lid or tin foil and cover for 4 hours.
Step 5: Cook and the meat comes out juicy and tasty!
Simple. Easy. Delicious.
